At the Intersection
I’m a chef, photographer, and videographer working at the intersection of food, craft, and visual storytelling.
My work is rooted in the kitchen—understanding ingredients, timing, heat, and restraint—and shaped by a camera that looks for honesty in every detail. Whether I’m behind a stove or behind a lens, I’m drawn to precision and intention: the way a dish is built, the way light falls across a plate, the way a moment disappears if it isn’t captured properly.
I specialize in documenting food and the people who create it, translating taste and texture into imagery and film that feels alive. My approach is minimal and observational. I’m not interested in over-styling or exaggeration—just the real rhythm of service, craft, and atmosphere as it unfolds.
Over time, my work has become a blend of all three disciplines. Cooking informs how I shoot. Shooting informs how I see movement and composition in the kitchen. And filmmaking allows me to bring it all together—building atmosphere, emotion, and narrative around food and place.
This is a study of food, light, and time.
